In 2012, I was asked by playwright Andy Bayiates to spearhead a project called “44 Songs For 44 Presidents.” This is an ongoing project to have an original song performed and composed by many different artists, one for each US president, that co-exists with the play “44 Plays For 44 Presidents”, as performed by The Neo-Futurists.
As of March 2014, I am still waiting on submissions (musicians aren’t the most timely of people), but you can check out what has been posted by going to http://44songs.tumblr.com.
